And, a DOTA 2 LAN tournament would not not complete without cosplay. Therefore, every year Value holds a cosplay contest for DOTA 2 fans from all over the world, especially in The International events.
Mizuki Otawa is the only participant from Indonesia who participated in the TI11 cosplayer contest held in Singapore. By using the Dota 2 hero Huskar cosplay, Mizuka managed to become the champion in this annual tournament.
Huskar is the DOTA 2 hero that Mizuki chose to cosplay at The International 2022. Mizuki did not seem half-hearted in participating in the competition. It can be seen from his struggle to make the costume which is quite complicated.
For information, Mizuki is a cosplayer who has been in the industry since 2011. He has won the ICC Indonesia 2019 competition and participated in a cosplay event in Chicago, United States. Not only that, Mizuki also became the Representative of Indonesia Culture Frankfurt 2014 and London 2015.
The contest itself also provides other categories such as best technique, best in show, and also judge's choice. The prizepool provided by the TI11 cosplay contest is 15,000 USD or around IDR 233 million.
